Go Developer ( CIM / B2B )

We are looking for a Backend Software Developer to join an engineering team building a cloud-based SaaS platform focused on secure, scalable infrastructure orchestration across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

This role is hands-on and focused on building and improving backend services that support workflow orchestration, cloud infrastructure automation, and high-scale backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and extend backend services, APIs, and orchestration workflows using Go and Python  

• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions around backend systems and workflow orchestration  

• Support development of infrastructure-driven and automation-focused platform components  

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested production code aligned with existing engineering standards  

• Improve system performance, scalability, observability, and reliability of backend services  

• Work closely with backend, DevOps, AI, and frontend engineers across distributed teams to deliver features end-to-end  

• Take ownership of clearly defined problems and execute efficiently with minimal oversight

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience  

• Strong proficiency in Go and Python (Django or FastAPI)  

• Experience building or working on SaaS platforms  

• Exposure to environments related to DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or developer tooling  

• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems  

• Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, and API Gateway  

• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or Bicep  

• Ability to quickly understand technical context and deliver solutions with minimal back-and-forth  

• Clear communicator comfortable working in distributed and asynchronous engineering teams
