We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution. This role is perfect for a passionate AI practitioner who wants to see their work directly impacts new innovative products, company’s growth and leads to expanding own competencies in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Implement new AI features in products
• Build tools & frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMs
• Build AI automations & AI agents
• Fine-tune AI models
• Fine-tune and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkit
• Monitor model's performance
• Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
• Research & Development
• Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production
• Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Technical skills
• Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-have
• Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning
• Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
• Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
• Experience
• 2-5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models
• experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice-to-have
• Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience in R&D department is highly valued
• Traits
