Responsibilities:

• Define internal and external Red Team procedures.
• Mentor junior/senior operators, conduct peer reviews of exploit code, and manage professional development.
• Create a Red Team culture within the organization, collaborating with other teams on offensive security activities.
• Author comprehensive post-operation reports and present findings to managers, focusing on ROI and risk mitigation.
• Lead collaborative workshops with SOC/IR teams to close detection gaps discovered during operations.
• Maintain a private library of custom TTPs and bypasses to ensure our testing stays ahead of commodity malware.
• Guide in the deployment and management of implemented Red Team solutions, such as creating processes, playbooks, runbooks and providing support.
• Improve internal offensive security programs, in addition to creating recurring test plans such as Adversary Emulation and PenTest.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Graduated from universities with a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing or red teaming processes.
• Architect and execute sophisticated adversary emulations.
• Providing the "sparring partner" our Blue Team needs to improve.
• Move beyond standard penetration testing to simulate real-world threats against our global infrastructure.
• Lead a team of elite operators.
• Manage the engagement lifecycle.
• Translate technical compromises into business risk insights for executive leadership.
• Having a market vision is important, knowing the solutions sold both for Red Team and for other segments.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCE, OSCP, GPEN highly desirable.
• Technical Skills, Analytical skills, programming knowledge and a business vision
• Lead technical discussions to improve security controls and present non-technical information to senior management.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
