Technical Project Manager

What are your key responsibilities?

• Assess customer business needs and technical challenges to develop resilient, scalable, and secure solutions during the sales phase.
• Oversee project resources to maintain a balance among cost, time, and quality in the post-sales phase.
• Work with technical teams to guarantee necessary collaboration.
• Engage in stakeholder meetings and record decisions.
• Create and revise project presentations and documentation.
• Ensure thorough and accurate handling of project documentation processes.
• Confirm that procedures meet company and customer standards.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and formulate solutions.
• Smoothly manage project workflows while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have;

• Degree in relevant engineering fields
• Over 5 years of experience in technical needs analysis, preferably in software quality and testing areas
• Experience in IT project coordination
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and quality management
• Understanding of IT budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in written and verbal presentation, visual communication, and reporting
• Advanced English proficiency for international communication and documentation
