Packaging Project Manager

Position Summary-

We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in packaging graphic chain to join our fast-paced and demanding team.

Reporting into the Client Service Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects for clients. You will have exceptional organisational and communication skills and will support Client service team and partner with the creative and production teams, leading the work from initial concepts through to end delivery.

Job Responsibilities-

•Provides cost estimations for project

•Creates HubX and SAP workflows for production

•Ensures projects allocated to the correct End Market (Sold To) in SAP

•Takes supplied briefs & manages the internal production workflow ensuring work is completed to critical path timings

•Provides print technical support as required to internal production teams

•Senior Internal Project Managers to lead Pre Production Meetings with client / supplier (printer) internally managed projects.

•Senior Internal Project Managers to provide print technical support to Outsourced Project Manager as required.

•Lead internal project status production meetings

•Collate internal KPI data

•Provide project status updates to Client service team or client directly

•Escalate issues & queries with Client service team (e.g. FFU, o/s info) or client directly

•Uploads artwork approval PDFs to the system within agreed SLAs

•Upon final approval, upload final print deliverable files into the system

Requirements-

• Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Turkish and English
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexible and hardworking.
• A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
• Smart appearance and professional attitude.
• Approachable and trustworthy.
• PC literate – Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience of industry web-based briefing and approval systems.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork coordination, print or repro/prepress.
• Knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging
