Full Stack Engineer - Oslo

  • Build and maintain backend services using Python and Django for a modern, scalable product.
  • Take technical ownership of key backend components and actively shape architecture decisions- previous leadership is good!
  • Lead and support a small development team, mentoring engineers, setting standards, and guiding delivery.
  • Work on some frontend and closely with frontend developers (React), product managers, and designers to deliver end‑to‑end features.
  • Design clean, scalable APIs and well‑structured data models.
  • Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform.
  • Help transition the product from consultant‑led delivery to strong in‑house engineering ownership.
  • Act as a hands‑on technical leader while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day development.
  • Contribute to defining engineering best practices, code reviews, and agile workflows.
