Development Team Lead

The role blends hands-on backend engineering with team leadership building reliable, high‑performance services while helping guide standards, architecture, and team development.

Key focus areas:

• Designing and maintaining backend services in Go and Kotlin
• Building secure, distributed, scalable systems
• Driving improvements in testing, CI/CD, automation, and observability
• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Frontend, and Data
• Contributing to architectural decisions and tech direction
• Mentoring engineers and supporting team growth

Ideal background:

• 8+ years in backend/platform engineering
• Strong experience with Go/Kotlin & distributed systems
• Deep understanding of scalability and performance
• Experience in SaaS/product environments
• Comfortable in AWS
• Enjoys balancing hands-on coding with guiding team practices
