RED TIC looking for a highly skilled Architect Digital Solution to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions that meet business needs and ensure the scalability and sustainability of the systems. You will be responsible for creating a strategic architectural vision for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements, and leading the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Solution Architecture:
• Design, plan, and implement digital solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and cost-effective digital systems with a focus on cloud-based solutions, microservices, and modern technologies.
• Strategic Planning and Leadership:
• Develop and communicate a cohesive technical vision and roadmap for digital projects.
• Provide architectural leadership to development teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices in design and coding.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Technology Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital technology, cloud solutions, and industry best practices.
• Identify and recommend innovative solutions that improve system performance, user experience, and cost efficiency.
• Quality Assurance and Optimization:
• Ensure the highest level of quality, security, and performance in all digital solutions.
• Optimize existing systems and architectures for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications: ARCHITECT

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in solution architecture or a similar role with a proven track record in digital transformation projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in designing scalable and secure digital solutions using microservices architecture, APIs, and containers.
• Proficiency in modern web and mobile technologies, including frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
