That’s where you come in.
Pricing and value capture are becoming even more important as we introduce new services, new tools and new ways of creating value for agents, homeowners and homeseekers. We need someone who can help us rethink how we package, price and monetize our offerings across markets - balancing growth, competitiveness and profitability.
As Senior Pricing Manager, you will work on both strategic initiatives and concrete commercial improvements - from refining existing pricing structures to shaping pricing models for new products and launches.
You will join the Real Estate Strategy & Communications team and report to the Strategy & Communications Director for the Real Estate vertical. The role sits close to decision-making and gives you broad exposure across markets and functions.

Marketplace pricing is rarely simple. It requires balancing growth, fairness, competitiveness and long-term platform health — across several markets and stakeholder groups.
The complexity is real.
But so is the opportunity. You will have the mandate and visibility to shape pricing decisions that directly influence the performance of some of the strongest marketplace brands in the Nordics.

What Your Days Might Look Like
- Designing and refining pricing strategies across products and customer segments
- Running competitive pricing analyses and market assessments
- Monitoring pricing performance and turning insights into clear recommendations
- Building and maintaining pricing dashboards and KPIs
- Leading cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, marketing and finance
- Supporting product launches and business development with commercial input
- Acting as the go-to person for pricing-related questions across the organization
- Experienced pricing or strategy professional with 5+ years in pricing, strategy or revenue management
- Strong analytical profile with experience in data analysis, financial modeling and market research
- Clear and structured thinker who can simplify complex topics and turn them into practical decisions
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and explain pricing logic in simple terms
- Comfortable with tools and data, including advanced Excel and data visualization platforms
- Self-driven team player who takes ownership and works well across functions and markets
What Success Looks Like
After 6 months:
- You have a solid overview of our pricing structures and key performance drivers
- You have identified and started at least one meaningful pricing improvement
- You are a trusted sparring partner for key stakeholders
- You have implemented pricing initiatives that deliver measurable revenue and margin impact
- Pricing governance, reporting and tools are more structured and scalable
- You are seen as the go-to commercial pricing expert within the Real Estate vertical
