Location: Mississauga, Canada (Onsite)

Role Overview:
The Functional QA Analyst will focus on testing mobile native and hybrid applications on Android and iOS platforms. The role includes manual and automated testing, CI/CD integration, Agile collaboration, and reporting, with an emphasis on quality, usability, and customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS using JavaScript, Appium, Selenium, or Espresso/XCUITest.
• Execute manual test cases to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, localization, and performance testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within Agile teams.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, or qTest for test and defect management.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Provide detailed test reports, metrics, and feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong focus on linguistic accuracy and customer experience.
