Golang Engineer

We are partnering with a client to hire a Golang Engineer to join their engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, high-performance backend systems in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices using Go (Golang)
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Develop APIs and distributed systems to support core business applications
• Contribute to system architecture, including service design and data modeling
• Support performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems via REST, gRPC, and event-driven frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, Frontend, and QA
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure system stability
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing system improvements

✅ Requirements:

• Strong experience in Go (Golang)
• Familiarity with frameworks/tools such as Gin, Echo, Gorm, Wire
• Good understanding of concurrency (goroutines, channels)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Git

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and ability to work in agile teams

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
• Understanding of backend security best practices

🎯 Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
