Web Designer

We are a growing and collaborative team dedicated to delivering meaningful and engaging digital experiences. We are looking for a Web Designer who is passionate about user-centric design and responsive web experiences to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse digital projects and contribute creative ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Apply mobile-first CSS techniques and media queries to ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Maintain and update stylesheets to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to best practices.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Work closely with business users to translate business objectives and engagement goals into effective, user-focused design solutions.
• Ensure corporate identity and campaign branding across websites, digital platforms, and loyalty programmes.
• Design and produce digital assets such as banners, email communications (EDMs), and promotional materials.
• Support functional and technical development by collaborating with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Convert visual designs into responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS.
• Create and maintain HTML templates for email marketing and web content.
• Apply strong HTML and CSS skills to deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Coordinate effectively with both local and offshore teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios demonstrating responsive and mobile-first design capabilities are also welcome.
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant web and digital design work.
