What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on outcomes
• Enable teams to plan effectively, manage commitments, and deliver consistently
• Identify and remove impediments, escalating when needed with clear context and solutions
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and alignment to priorities
• Use delivery metrics to guide continuous improvement
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product or engineering environment
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and agile principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams delivering software or digital products
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
