Team size and structure?

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Strong C# skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Unity engine and its core components.
  • Understanding of client-server principles, experience with REST/gRPC.
  • Advanced asynchronous programming skills (async/await, UniTask).
  • Experience with Zenject (or other DI frameworks).
  • Understanding of core architectural patterns and experience implementing them in real projects.
  • Experience in supporting, refactoring, and extending large projects.
  • Experience using AI tools for development

Nice To Have

  • Confident use of Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, Memory Profiler for performance analysis and optimization.
  • Experience with: AppLovin Max SDK, Unity Addressables, Unity In-App Purchases (IAP), Firebase.
  • Skills in integrating third-party SDKs (Facebook SDK, etc.).
  • Experience in building automation, CI/CD (e.g. Unity Cloud Build, Jenkins).Working with native plugins for iOS/Android (Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with project architecture and key systems.
  • Development of product features.
  • Work with live services, optimization.
  • Participation in code review and technical solutions.
  • Interaction with integrators, analysts, designers and other teams.
