Job description: Product Designer (Mobile App/ Web App/ Website)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless experiences that meet both user and business needs.

Job description: Product Designer (Mobile App/ Web App/ Website)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

You Will
We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered products that are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless experiences that meet both user and business needs.
To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To
- User Research and Insight-
- Visualizing the user’s point of view and solving functional blockers.
- Gather and evaluate user and business requirements with stakeholders.
- Identify, troubleshoot UX problems through alternate UI ideas to solve them.
- Visual Design and Prototyping-
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images and make style guides.
- Collect and reference fresh navigation flows, micro animations, design languages, 3D illustrations, animation on scrolls and other elements for mood boarding.
- Produce high-quality design solutions via visual designs and animated prototypes.
- Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how screens function and look.
- Interaction Design-
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements around mobile apps(ios + Android), Web apps, Website and widgets for our digital assets.
- Collaboration-
- Proactive, excellent communicator, collaborative and go-getter attitude in procuring requirements from stakeholders and asset handover to Developers.
- Testing and Feedback-
- Conducts Usability Testing and gathers user feedback at different stages of design for continuous improvement in design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in crafting and updating delightful User Experiences through Interfaces for Apps and Websites in relevant fields.
- Understanding of responsive designs and cross-platform compatibility.
- Knowledge/ Experience in dealing with development handovers with different tools.
- Passionate about current and future automotive industry insights and trends.
- Can do sufficient animation for ideas with prototyping or using After Effects.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe suite is a plus. Framer, Protopie or relevant prototyping platforms is a bigger plus.
- Motion Graphics knowledge is a big plus along with Lottie file handling experience.
