Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support and manage training activities within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing training processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of all learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and support training events (logistics, invitations, materials, certificates)
• Coordinate onboarding and introduction training sessions
• Maintain and update data in internal systems (LMS, tracking tools)
• Process and monitor training plans, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution
• Communicate with internal teams and external training providers
• Support preparation of training materials and documentation
• Resolve operational issues related to training activities
• Track participation and ensure proper closure of training sessions in systems

Requirements:

• Higher education (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with databases or internal systems
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet tools)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive and self-motivated approach

Nice to have:

• Experience in organizing internal events or training activities
• Experience in HR, L&D, or administrative roles

Language requirements:

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)
