Responsibilities
- Support managers across the APAC region with day-to-day people matters, including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and development in partnership with HRBPs.
- Assist in organisational changes, workforce planning, and talent initiatives while supporting hiring processes, performance review cycles, and learning & development programs.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across APAC, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
- Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and support contract changes, probation reviews, and internal mobility.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the region.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including new hires, exits, salary changes, leave, and bonuses, while liaising with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support benefits administration, payroll audits, compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to local labour laws across APAC countries.
- Contribute to employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives while maintaining HR reporting and supporting audits.
- 3–6 years in a generalist HR role
- Exposure to HRBP activities and employee relations
- Experience supporting payroll processes
- Experience supporting multi-country HR operations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management
- High attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic and operational tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to work across regions
