This is a full-time remote role for a DEX Market Maker & Liquidity Trader. The role involves implementing and managing market-making strategies, executing trades to ensure optimal liquidity, and analyzing market trends to refine trading strategies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring decentralized exchange (DEX) markets, conducting performance reviews of trading algorithms, and collaborating with team members to optimize liquidity solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations in decentralized marketplaces and contribute to the success of a growing team.

• Proficiency in Market Making and Trading across decentralized exchange platforms
• Strong skills in developing and optimizing Trading Strategies
• Excellence in Analytical Skills to evaluate market performance and refine trading algorithms
• Effective Communication to collaborate with team members and communicate complex trading concepts
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and cryptocurrency trading is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
• Adaptability to work independently in a remote environment
