We are now looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Prestons.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll coordinate project orders from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met, project information is accurate and customers receive a smooth, professional experience.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, Engineering and Purchasing to help deliver successful projects across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Manage project orders end‑to‑end
- Maintain an accurate project order book with manufacturing and delivery timelines
- Liaise with customers on requirements, updates and solutions
- Validate project quotes before processing
- Build strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams across Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales
- Keep Salesforce and internal systems updated
- Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation

Required Experience:
- Office administration experience
- Customer service or service‑based role experience
- Experience in project coordination or project management
Desirable (but not essential):
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration, or similar
