ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager , you will lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, driving the development of scalable SaaS solutions from discovery to launch. You’ll translate user needs and market insights into impactful features, guiding roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives. This role offers strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape products that deliver long-term value in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage product or feature lifecycle from strategic planning through release;
- Specify market requirements through research and ongoing discussions with customers;
- Analyze the competitive landscape and identify market opportunities;
- Design scalable solutions that accommodate a wide range of customers;
- Drive product or feature solutions from business planning to release and marketing;
- Inform buy, build, or partner decision-making processes;
- Collaborate on user and buyer personas and go-to-market plans;
- Analyze potential partnerships for products.

MUST HAVES
- Proven end-to-end product ownership;
- 4+ years of experience with product discovery, roadmap, and MVP definition;
- Experience with modernization or 0→1 product build;
- Strong experience in SaaS product management;
- Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Experience translating user needs into product requirements and backlog;
- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in EdTech, marketplaces, or B2C platforms;
- Exposure to data-driven products or analytics;
- Familiarity with AI-enabled features or prototyping tools;
- Experience working in multi-product environments.
