AI Evaluation & Safety Officer

This role can be a hybrid or remote position but is soley based in Argentina.

BRG is currently building it's AI Lab and we are looking for talented individuals to join us and work on a range of internal and external projects.

The AI Evaluation & Safety Engineer ensures that AI systems built by the BRG AI Lab produce reliable, auditable, and defensible outputs—critical in litigation and expert analysis environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build evaluation and benchmarking frameworks for AI models
• Monitor hallucination risks and model performance
• Develop testing pipelines and guardrails
• Implement monitoring and auditing capabilities
• Collaborate with engineers to improve AI reliability
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in ML evaluation, testing, or AI safety
• Strong Python and data science skills
• Experience building testing frameworks or evaluation pipelines
• Understanding of machine learning model behavior
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
