Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the areas of B2B data integration/data management/ data engineering using tools/platforms like E2 Open, Infomatica, Altova, IBM Sterling B2B, BOOMI or similar tools for CPG, Retail, Logistics clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Identify and manage dependencies between projects within the program.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Assign tasks, allocate resources, and monitor team performance.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
- Risk Management and Mitigation:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Monitor and control risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization.
- Track and report on program financials.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.
- Proactively communicate program status, risks, and issues.
- Manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
- Track progress against program milestones and deliverables.
- Generate regular reports on program performance and share insights with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Conduct post-program reviews to learn from experiences and inform future programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in program management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Skills/ exposure (must have):
- Data integration using API, EDI, AS2, sFTP or similar protocols
- B2B data integration/data management/ data engineering using tools/platforms like E2 Open, Infomatica, Altova, IBM Sterling B2B, BOOMI or similar tools.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- Experience in a specific industry (Retail, CPG, Logistics..).
