Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the areas of B2B data integration/data management/ data engineering using tools/platforms like E2 Open, Infomatica, Altova, IBM Sterling B2B, BOOMI or similar tools for CPG, Retail, Logistics clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify and manage dependencies between projects within the program.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Assign tasks, allocate resources, and monitor team performance.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Risk Management and Mitigation:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
• Monitor and control risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage program budgets.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization.
• Track and report on program financials.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.
• Proactively communicate program status, risks, and issues.
• Manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
• Track progress against program milestones and deliverables.
• Generate regular reports on program performance and share insights with stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Conduct post-program reviews to learn from experiences and inform future programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in program management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful programs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills/ exposure (must have):

• Data integration using API, EDI, AS2, sFTP or similar protocols
• B2B data integration/data management/ data engineering using tools/platforms like E2 Open, Infomatica, Altova, IBM Sterling B2B, BOOMI or similar tools.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience in a specific industry (Retail, CPG, Logistics..).
