Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in React and TypeScript, capable of converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building complex, interactive UI components and using modern AI coding tools as part of their daily workflow, while maintaining full ownership of code quality, architecture, and performance. You will work within an existing, optimized front-end system and contribute by extending, refining, and implementing new features with high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development & Implementation
• Build and maintain advanced front-end features using React and TypeScript.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI implementations.
• Develop reusable, scalable components aligned with existing architecture and design systems.
• Implement complex interactive UI elements and drag-and-drop functionality.
• Manually implement complex UI logic and components when required.
• AI-Assisted Development & Workflow
• Effectively use modern AI coding tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to:
• Accelerate development cycles
• Assist in implementation and refactoring
• Improve productivity and delivery speed
• Review, validate, and enhance AI-generated code to ensure production readiness.
• Maintain strict quality standards regardless of automation or tooling used.
• Architecture, Quality & Scalability
• Work within and extend an optimized front-end codebase designed for scaling.
• Ensure clean architecture, strong typing, and maintainable component structures.
• Maintain single source of truth for application state.
• Optimize performance, rendering efficiency, and overall user experience.
• Follow best practices for React patterns, state management, and code organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data flows efficiently.
• Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver features aligned with technical and business goals.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay up to date with advanced React patterns, TypeScript features, and modern front-end tooling.
• Continuously improve development workflows and technical implementation quality.
• Proactively suggest improvements to existing UI, architecture, or performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Expert-level experience with React.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, including strict typing and complex type structures.
• Strong experience with Zustand, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
• Expert-level CSS skills including Tailwind CSS and responsive design.
• Strong experience converting Figma designs into exact, production-level implementations.
• Experience with drag-and-drop libraries (dnd-kit, react-beautiful-dnd, or similar).
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar backend services.
• Proven experience effectively using modern AI coding tools such as:
• Lovable
• Claude / Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• Strong understanding of:
• Advanced React hooks and patterns
• Component-based architecture
• State management strategies
• Performance optimization techniques
• Experience working with large, scalable, and evolving codebases.
