Skeleton is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our SuperBattery-team in Varkaus.
In this role, you will ensure that the supply chain needs of Skeleton Technologies are met on time and in a cost‑effective manner. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams, maintain material availability for production, and contribute to continuous improvement of our procurement processes.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams, maintain material availability for production, and contribute to continuous improvement of our procurement processes.
The main duties of the Employee shall include:
- Planning, ordering, and coordinating raw materials and other components required for production across Skeleton Technologies Group entities
- Ensuring material availability according to the production schedule
- Maintaining accurate Master Data for assigned parts
- Determining material requirements and generating purchase orders
- Scheduling and monitoring the supply and delivery of materials and products
- Balancing inventory levels to minimize excess stock and obsolescence
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and order cancellations
- Distributing forecasts to suppliers and maintaining regular communication
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding production goals, timelines, and supplier-related topics, including payments
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement roles within an industrial or production environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good knowledge of Finnish and English
