YOUR ROLE

You will build and maintain tools to enhance developer experience with CFM standards, integrate software solutions company-wide, champion best practices across teams, and perform tech monitoring to support operational needs while keeping our infrastructure secure and compliant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain software components aimed at improving the developer experience when integrating CFM development standards.
• Integrate software solutions into the company's ecosystem and promote them across the various technology teams.
• Provide expertise and support to other development teams to encourage the adoption of best practices and the standard tools already in place.
• Conduct technological watch and monitoring within our scope to meet the needs of both operational and development teams, while ensuring full compliance and security of our infrastructure.

YOUR SKILLS

Must-have

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Python development (vanilla / pure Python – no specific web framework required)
• Strong proficiency with Git and hands-on experience with Jenkins (or another CI/CD tool)
• Excellent team collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Genuine focus on code quality, testing practices, and user support

Nice-to-have

• Experience with frontend technologies: Angular and/or React
• Practical knowledge of AWS
