Assurance - Product Owner / Product Manager

Notre cabinet partenaire, recherche un Product Owner / Product Manager (H/F) dans le cadre d'une longue mission.

Dans un environnement assurantiel exigeant, vous piloterez des produits digitaux en mode agile, en lien étroit avec les équipes métier et techniques.

  • Gérer et prioriser le Product Backlog
  • Recueillir et challenger les besoins métiers
  • Piloter les rituels agiles (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Suivre la performance produit via les outils d’analyse (AT Piano, Google Analytics, Splunk, ContentSquare)
  • Arbitrer entre besoins métiers, contraintes techniques et expérience utilisateur
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, UX et stakeholders
  • Prendre des décisions basées sur la data

**Profil et compétences recherchés**

Product Owner / Product Manager avec 3 à 7 ans d’expérience

  • Expérience obligatoire en assurance et/ou banque
  • Bonne culture produit et orientée utilisateur
  • Gestion de produit digital
  • Méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Pilotage de backlog
  • Analyse de la performance produit
  • Outils analytics : AT Piano, Google Analytics, Splunk, ContentSquare
  • Outils agiles (Jira, Confluence…)
