Overview
We are seeking an experienced Planner to support major construction and engineering projects in Frankfurt. The role will involve working on complex, fast-paced environments such as data centres and pharmaceutical facilities, requiring strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate planning and progress tracking
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement
- Produce regular progress reports, including critical path analysis and recovery plans
- Lead planning meetings and provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support tender planning and baseline programme development where required
- Ensure alignment between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Drive programme optimisation and efficiency across the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Planner on large-scale construction or engineering projects
- Strong experience using Primavera P6 (essential)
- Experience in data centres, pharmaceutical, or similar complex industrial projects
- Solid understanding of full project lifecycle (design → construction → commissioning)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
- Fluent English required; German is advantageous
