We're looking for a Junior COD Project Manager to support project delivery while learning and growing into a full-cycle project ownership role.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Monitor and manage COD (Cash on Delivery) order flows to ensure smooth operations
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues (e.g., missing orders, system errors, incorrect data)
• Perform manual checks and data validation to ensure accuracy across systems
• Handle incoming issues from customer support by gathering and verifying order information
• Monitor system notifications and proactively address issues
• Work closely with logistics partners to track COD payments and ensure timely collection
• Cross-check financial data to ensure consistency between internal systems and partners
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve operational issues
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership
• Strong interest in e-commerce and operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
