Java Specialist

We are looking for a Java Specialist who has at least 11 years of experience and who will join an EU Institution in Luxembourg (on-site: 159 MDs + remote: 105 MDs)

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering (or a related field), project management, general business management, or other relevant field. In the absence of a Bachelor/Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 7 years can be accepted.

• Proficiency in English.

Mandatory Experience in:

• 11 years of IT-related experience

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

• JavaScript and TypeScript standards

• Frontend development (HTML, CSS)

• React library

• Unit testing

• Fullstack experience (preferably with Java Spring Boot)

• Development and build tools

• CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps)

The consultant must demonstrate competence in:

• Good Communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good ability to synthesize.

• Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines.
