Native app developer

We are looking for an experienced front-end developer with a strong focus on native mobile development. You will play a key role in further developing and improving our iOS and Android applications, which are used daily by thousands of patients.

Your responsibilities include

• Developing and maintaining native iOS and Android apps (Swift & Kotlin)
• Translating product and UX requirements into robust, scalable front-end solutions
• Collaborating with back-end developers, AI engineers, and product owners
• Improving performance, stability, and user experience
• Contributing to architectural decisions and future technical direction
• Testing, optimizing, and deploying new features

You will work closely with the product and directly see the impact of your work, both technically and socially.

What we expect from you

Must-have

• Proven experience as a front-end or mobile developer
• Experience with Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android)
• Ability to independently design, build, and deliver features
• Strong understanding of scalability, maintainability, and UX
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well in a small team

Nice to have 

• Willingness to work at least one day per week at our office in Rotterdam (we are flexible and also work from home, but value regular in-person collaboration)
• Affinity with or experience in the healthcare sector
• Good command of the Dutch language
