Role: Senior .NET Backend Developer

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development, including .NET Framework and .NET 6+
• Strong experience with C# and Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and related principles such as SOLID
• Experience developing and maintaining backend applications
• Experience creating and evolving REST APIs using WebAPI
• Experience integrating with external systems through REST, SOAP, and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience modernizing legacy logic, including migration from T-SQL to C#
• Experience contributing to technical design and continuous improvement of solutions
• Experience monitoring and diagnosing applications using Azure Application Insights
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving incidents
• Knowledge of Azure services, especially Azure Web Apps and Application Insights
• Knowledge of development best practices and design patterns
• Ability to work autonomously
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong team collaboration skills
