International Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ljubljana. This position will support daily international logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between factories, logistics service providers, and internal teams. The role is suited for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to handle time pressure during peak periods (such as end‑of‑month order surges).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational logistics tasks for sea freight, air freight, and railway transportation
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with factories, warehouses, and logistics suppliers
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on‑time delivery
• Prevent delays and avoid unnecessary additional costs for the company
• Prepare and process documents related to international transport (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, customs‑related documents, etc.)
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure correct and timely shipment planning
• Handle operational challenges and support problem‑solving when unexpected situations arise
• Manage increased workload and maintain accuracy during monthly peak periods

Requirements

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)=
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure when necessary
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of international transportation (sea, air, rail) is preferred
