What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in backend development
• Good verbal and written communication skills (in Turkish and English – min B1 level)
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to write testable, clean and high-quality code
• Familiar with common development and Agile practices
• Experience with .NET, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch or MongoDB
• Experience with Microservice Architecture and Messaging Queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Experience in API design and REST API integrations
• Being passionate to use new technologies in projects
• Ability to quickly learn and unlearn
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication, problem solving and critical and analytical thinking skills
• Takes ownership and follows through on outcomes
• Creates progress in uncertain situations instead of waiting for direction
• Looks beyond assigned tasks and continuously improves systems and ways of working
• Challenges assumptions and is comfortable rethinking how things are done

What will you do:

We are looking for new teammates who will contribute to building scalable and high-performing backend systems.

As a Backend Developer, you will design and develop backend services for our applications, taking part in technical decisions and ensuring sustainable and efficient solutions. You will work closely with product and technical teams, identify problems early, and take initiative to solve them. By continuously improving existing systems and exploring better ways of building, you will contribute directly to both the development process and the overall product quality.
