What We're Looking For

• Graduated from Engineering Faculty departments of universities
• Experienced in Information Technology (IT) and data security
• Have information about security risks, threats to IT, and measures to be taken against these risks and threats
• Has a general level of knowledge about IT infrastructure and processes
• Information Security processes and services (management, compliance, identity and authority management, cryptography, IT security technologies, software security, SOC and incident response...) has a comprehensive level of knowledge about
• Experience of working as a decision maker in information security processes
• Able to think analytically, curious, likes to research and learn
• Ability to work in teams and have strong communication skills
• Able to act proactively, take responsibility
• Has the reading/listening skills to understand clearly and accurately what is written and said in English.

What You'll Do

• Creating secure configuration rules for IT components (Security Hardening/Baseline)
• Ensuring the implementation of secure configuration rules in consultation with the relevant system administrator team
• Having the Vulnerability Management team test the compatibility of the secure configuration of the systems, evaluating exception/objection requests
• Participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, assume a guiding role on security issues
• Making security-oriented referrals related to the system infrastructure architecture
• Analyzing IT and Information Security risks and directing them about controls that will eliminate or reduce these risks.
• Performing threat modeling in IT services.
• Identification of improvement points in processes by ensuring continuous communication with other security teams.
• Providing reporting of procedural problems and shortcomings to CISO on issues affecting IT security
• Assume the role of giving approval for changes that have a security impact
• Preparation of secure IT infrastructure architectural template documents (Security Patterns)
• Recording of project threat modeling and security assessments
• On various IT topics (network security, cryptography, etc.) preparation of safe user manual documents
• Listing the security requirements to be considered when selecting IT solutions and technologies
• Keeping the IT Security services catalog up to date and providing HLD documentation.
• Preparation of the Corporate Security Architecture document
• To fulfill the responsibilities of the Business Continuity management system as a Member of the Business Continuity Team.
