Role Overview

We are currently hiring a Planning Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting ongoing road infrastructure projects.

This role requires hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and project control within the UAE market, with preference for candidates familiar with ADNOC standards and approvals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE (road infrastructure projects)
• Strong experience in project planning & scheduling
• Exposure to ADNOC projects / approvals is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost tracking
• Strong coordination skills with project teams, consultants, and clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks
• Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies when required
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports
• Ensure alignment with project milestones, deadlines, and budgets
• Support project management in planning decisions and forecasting
