We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Network and Security Architect to design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network architectures within our Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure networking services, security best practices, and the ability to create robust solutions that meet our client’s needs.

Responsibilities
Day to Day Operations
- Design and implement complex Azure network architectures, including virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups
- Develop and maintain Azure network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Design , Configure and manage Azure firewalls, application gateways, and load balancers to optimize network performance and security
- Design, Implement and manage Complex Hybrid Azure connectivity including Azure ExpressRoute Virtual WAN and VPN connections for hybrid cloud environments
- Design and Implement Secure Azure Workloads and related services including Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Microsoft Defender for Cloud , Key Vault , Application Gateway , Azure Key Vault and Database Encryption
- Design and Implement Core and Perimeter firewalls for different technology providers in Azure, such Palo-Alto, Fortinet
- Design and Implement Load Balancer and Global Load balancer services for different technology providers such as F5
- Develop and maintain High level Design (HLD) and low level designs (LLD) documents, Network-Security diagrams, Network-Security installation configuration & guides, support procedures, test plans and runbook
- Design and implement Secure Azure environment while ensuring data is secured at Rest and In-transit
- Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory and related services such as MFA and PAM
- Design Secure Azure environment including Designing and applying Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty and Confidential compute
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into DevOps processes and application (DevSecOps) , OWASP, and Container Security
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of Azure resources , and ensure alignment Azure Well Architected framework
- Design and Implement Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and other security monitoring tools
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Azure-based systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure networking and security features and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, with at least 5 years focused on Azure networking and security
- Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) certification (Must), with additional certifications such as AZ-700 (Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions) (Must)
- Palo Alto (PCNSE) or Fortinet NSE and F5 LTM/GTM certificate (Preferred)
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Routing and Switching/Security/Data Centre (CCIE) (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles
- Extensive experience with Azure networking services, including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and Azure Firewall
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform and ARM templates for automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and connectivity solutions
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation tools Including Terraform and Ansible
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation tasks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- CISSP, CCSP, or other relevant security certifications
