Senior Training & Development Specialist - Construction

We are currently partnered with a large construction group who are looking to appoint a Senior Training & Development Specialist.

This role will be based in Dubai, with occasional travel to KSA.

Key requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management
* L&D / Training certifications are preferred
* Minimum 5 years' experience in training delivery, ideally within the construction sector
* Strong experience delivering training programmes and supporting workforce development

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver and facilitate training sessions across technical and soft skill areas
* Support the rollout of training programmes across sites and corporate teams
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs
* Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
* Ensure alignment with company standards and operational requirements

Additional details:
* Preference for Arabic speaking candidates
* Experience in construction or similar project-based environments is highly advantageous
