The Role
We're seeking a talented and user-centric Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Kriya, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment solutions, creating intuitive and delightful experiences for merchants and buyers alike. From ideation to execution, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design products that solve real customer problems, reflect our brand, and elevate the user experience.

The Role
We're seeking a talented and user-centric Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Kriya, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment solutions, creating intuitive and delightful experiences for merchants and buyers alike. From ideation to execution, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design products that solve real customer problems, reflect our brand, and elevate the user experience.
What You'll Do
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, gather insights, and transform them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- End-to-End Design: Own the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring designs are implemented with high quality
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and align design solutions with business goals
- Testing & Iteration: Test designs through usability testing and customer feedback, iterating to achieve optimal user experience and usability
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain Kriya's design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our products
- Brand Representation: Ensure all designs are aligned with Kriya's brand identity, values, and tone
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design
- Experience with user research and usability testing methods
- Mindset:
- User-first approach, with a deep empathy for customer needs
- A problem-solver with a passion for creating simple, elegant solutions to complex challenges
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful projects (please include this in your application)
