Fullstack Developer

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions that drive sustainability and efficiency in enterprise operations. You will work on both front-end and back-end systems, integrating AI/ML features and building scalable applications that support internal teams and external customers. The position requires close collaboration with commercial and technical teams, allowing you to directly impact client-facing solutions and organizational processes. Success in this role relies on a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will help shape the architecture of modern applications while influencing best practices and technical strategy. Remote collaboration across multiple teams and geographies is a core part of the role, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain complex front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (C#/.NET) architectures.
• Build and scale Python-based data processing pipelines and command-line interface (CLI) tools.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into internal processes and customer-facing products.
• Support technical implementation for commercial teams and client engagements.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests (Vitest) to ensure software quality.
• Drive efficiency through scalable internal applications and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a fullstack developer or similar role.
• Strong organizational, project management, and critical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Experience with AI/ML integration in SaaS products is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Azure Functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is a bonus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida.
