What You’ll Be Doing
This role serves as a key connector within the HR team and a front‑line resource for employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of contact for employee HR questions and system navigation
- Drafting and distributing internal HR communications to the organization
- Coordinating and owning HR programs such as employee recognition, training tracking, and reporting
- Preparing recurring HR reports and administrative documentation
- Supporting HR leadership with meeting coordination, materials preparation, and event logistics
- Assisting with recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding logistics), with the expectation of growing into ownership of hourly recruitment
- Managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies, including tracking assignments and billing
- Supporting HR systems, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling employee and payroll‑related information

What We’re Looking For
This role is best suited for an HR professional who enjoys organization, communication, and ownership — and who is ready to grow.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, administrative, or HR support role
- Comfort supporting recruitment processes, particularly for hourly roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — professionalism matters in this environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn independently and adapt in a mostly virtual training environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint and HRIS systems are a plus
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
