Scrum Master

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Irving, Texas.

Duties:

• Guide and mentor teams, improve Agile processes, and promote Scrum values
• Act as facilitators, coaches, and mentors for Scrum teams
• Ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles and best practices.
• Generate reports at the end of sprints and resolve any impairments the team is having during sprint
• Manage a Jira board for multiples teams and work together with dev/product managers

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices
• Understanding of basic testing process, deployment pipelines, development environments

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $100,000 - $114,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
