UI/UX Designer

DevLogic is partnering with an exciting, fast-growing FinTech start-up based in Central Manchester that’s transforming financial reporting through its innovative AI-powered SaaS platform.

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to the design of mobile-first and responsive interfaces that help users get the most out of the platform.
Your day-to-day might involve:
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborating with the product and development teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Enhancing the overall visual design, focusing on layout, typography, color schemes, and accessibility.
- Supporting the design process with an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- User-Centered Design: A solid understanding of UX principles, including user research and usability testing.
- UI Design: Strong visual design skills, particularly in layout, typography, color, and accessibility.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present ideas and work collaboratively with others.
