User Interface Designer

We’re looking for a unique design professional who has a keen interest in UI designing. In this role, you will become the guardian of our D2C eCommerce platform’s brand identity at all points of user-interaction. Strategic thinking, analysis of user behavior, in-depth understanding of consumer psychology and an elevated sense of aesthetics are the key requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the design, aesthetics and UI of our eCommerce platform (website + mobile app)
2. Build the consistency and alignment of design in all landing pages and consumer touchpoints on the website and app
3. Become a brand-guardian for the platform when it comes to all visual representations at consumer touch points and ensure brand ethos are maintained
4. End-to-end creation of high-converting landing pages through effective collaboration, creative direction, and performance optimization.
5. Understand conversion rate optimization and work to constantly boost the conversion rates of the website as well as individual landing pages
6. Design and build landing pages for new product launches on plug-and-play landing page builders on our Shopify store
7. Work within the limitations of the apps and plugins in current use to design user-experience journey innovations for testing and design optimization

Background:

1. 4+ years of Design experience in UI and/or branding
2. Masters from top design institutes such as NID, NIFT, IITs, Sristi School of Design
3. Proficient in English language and ability to translate copy into design
4. Willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
5. Not afraid of challenges and hard work
6. Reliable team player with a sense of ownership
7. Attention to detail
