ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of fixed-price and short-term projects, ensuring successful outcomes from inception to completion. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you’ll align expectations, build strong relationships, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role offers high ownership and impact, combining delivery excellence, team leadership, and process optimization to create autonomous, high-performing teams and deliver consistent client value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met;
- Act as the main client contact, building relationships and managing expectations;
- Define project plans, priorities, and resource allocation with stakeholders;
- Guide cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment;
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues proactively;
- Drive continuous improvement through agile best practices and process optimization;
- Monitor project performance including client satisfaction, team health, and financial outcomes;
- Support team growth through mentorship, feedback, and development conversations;
- Collaborate with recruitment to scale and strengthen project teams.

MUST HAVES
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant experience;
- 5+ years of experience in project management with focus on fixed price and short-term projects;
- Experience managing projects end-to-end including inceptions;
- Experience working cross-functionally with Software Developers, Project Managers, and Account Managers;
- Strong financial knowledge including budget management and reporting;
- High level of organization, planning, and prioritization;
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and partnership skills;
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills;
- Proficiency with project management tools;
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Availability for 5–6 hours overlap with EST/CST;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
