About The Job

As a Data Analysis Intern based in Munich, you will work closely with our stores across Germany and Austria, providing first-line support on a daily basis. You will assist in coordinating Retail Performance initiatives and contribute to enhancing the client experience in our stores. Acting as a key liaison between our Retail teams and various Head Office functions—including Retail Performance and Learning—you will play an integral role in driving operational excellence.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Job responsibilities

On a monthly basis, your main tasks will include:

  • KPI Monitoring & Analysis: Proactively review, monitor, and conduct weekly and monthly operational and turnover KPI reporting.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analyses across various retail KPIs, with a strong focus on client experience, to support store teams in fostering customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Coaching Initiatives: Develop new reporting approaches for in-store coaching programs in close collaboration with the Learning team, ensuring continuous and qualitative follow-ups for store teams.
  • Retail Communication: Actively promote internal tools and processes for stores through the weekly internal Retail Magazine, working cross-functionally to ensure engaging content.
  • Training & Workshops: Support the organization of workshops and training sessions aimed at optimizing store operations and processes.
  • Project Support: Assist the Retail Performance team with ad hoc projects to enhance the client experience and support daily business operations.

Profile

  • Fluency in English and German is required; French is an asset.
  • Available for a 12-month internship, starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proven experience in analyzing and visualizing large data sets.
  • Advanced in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint. Additionally, exceptional Excel skills with the ability to conduct independent analyses and create reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a client-centric service environment is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • An agile, entrepreneurial mindset, with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
