Location: Southern Germany (Commutable from Munich and surrounding areas)

• €100,000 – €110,000 basic + 10% annual bonus
• 30 days annual leave + public holidays
• Relocation package available
• Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week)

About the Opportunity

Umbilical is proud to be partnering with a global technology and engineering business at the forefront of advanced hardware innovation.

The company operates a European R&D and advanced engineering centre supporting international markets across high-technology, industrial, and connected systems sectors.

This is a key strategic role for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of antenna solutions, driving product strategy and lifecycle management from concept through to end-of-life. You will work at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and customer needs, collaborating with international teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving market demands and enable next-generation connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product portfolio end-to-end, including lifecycle strategy and EOL decisions
• Define product solutions in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Translate customer and operator requirements into product specifications
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across R&D, supply chain, sales, and marketing
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and technology evolution
• Support commercial teams with product positioning, demonstrations, and technical input
• Drive internal alignment and build product knowledge across the organisation

About You:

• Role: Demonstrated success as a Strategic Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Development Manager in complex engineering or technology driven environments.
• Sectors: Ideal backgrounds include Radio, Antenna, Telecoms, Mobile or other related fields.
• Education: Degree in engineering, science, physics or related field.
• Languages: Fluent English required, German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong track record of managing product roadmaps, lifecycles, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
