Business Analyst in Core Payment Platform Tribe

Job Description

We take active part in shaping a modern payments infrastructure to the benefit of the bank and society.” Our 180+ colleagues work across 8 locations, developing, managing, and owning the processing of all payments going in and out of the bank in all countries/markets/currencies. That’s a lot of payments!

We are looking for a team player with strong work ethics, analytical mindset, good technical and communication, living a “can do” attitude.

You will:

• Become the subject matter expert for payment initiation within the tribe, guiding and supporting internal consumers of our services and stakeholders impacted by them
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers, architects, analysts and product owners, to streamline payment processes
• Analyze payment specifications and requirements
• Create and maintain clear business documentation that reflects new requirements and infrastructure changes
• Translate consumer and regulatory needs into well-defined backlog items with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, using agile ways of working
• Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and essential information from diverse stakeholders
• Take an active role in testing and defect investigation
  
  

About you:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a business or systems analyst
• In-depth experience with query analyzer tools (e.g. SQL)
• Experience managing technical requirements, with a proven track record of documenting and delivering them
• Skilled facilitator who can bring diverse viewpoints together and remain constructive under pressure
• Proactive, technically minded analyst with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude
• Self-driven, able to switch between detail and the big picture, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience in payments is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
