About The Role

We are looking for a Strategy Consultant with a strong analytical skillset and an interest in data, AI, and analytics strategy and transformation, would be beneficial with some experience in the financial services industry.

As a Strategy Consultant in Data & Analytics (D&A) at Danske Bank, you will contribute to shaping our Data & Analytics strategy and help turn meaningful plans into tangible results. You will be involved in key projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the Group to drive strategic initiatives forward. Your ability to structure tasks, deliver on commitments, and work effectively as part of a team will be essential.

You should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and enjoy both conceptualizing strategies and executing them in practice.

The team

Our team is responsible for driving, guiding, and overseeing the strategy and execution of Danske Bank’s Data, AI, and Analytics goals, as well as managing the overall business operations of the D&A area. We work closely with stakeholders across the Group to ensure alignment with strategic goals, robust governance, and measurable progress.

You will:

• Monitor portfolio progress against key metrics and provide updates to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear metrics and success criteria
• Work with stakeholders to address roadblocks and dependencies across initiatives
• Support strategic analysis and projects through qualitative and quantitative approaches
• Contribute to the adoption of data, AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the Group
• Assist in facilitating cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies, addressing challenges and responding to evolving needs
  
  

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation functions; would be beneficial in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2320 EUR to 3480 EUR (based on your competencies relevant to your job)
