An outstanding opportunity is available at Scottish Widows Europe (Lloyds Banking Group) in Luxembourg. The Personal Assistant position involves a key role in providing support to our CEO and occasionally the Management Team. This role offers variety and is essential in guaranteeing the smooth running of daily office activities. Involvement in a wide array of tasks, including occasional assistance for the HR Manager, plays a vital part in upholding our world-class standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering efficient assistance to the CEO and occasionally the management team.
- Responsibilities involve diary coordination, travel planning, and filtering papers, emails, and phone calls for effective time use.
- Ensuring day-to-day management, including record-keeping and management of the company archives, while ensuring a high standard in line with Group policies and standards.
- Preparing standard reports and management information as needed.
- Reviewing and circulating routine correspondence.
- Maintaining internal records and data meticulously.
- Participating in the routine administration of the Luxembourg office.
- Assisting in the management of agenda planning, logistical support, and papers publication process for various Meetings, Boards and Committees.
- Participating in the organisation of the company events
- Assisting the HR Manager with particular HR administrative duties as needed.
What you'll need:
- Strong background in supporting C-suite leaders.
- Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
- Experience in a diversified role, adept at handling a changing environment and uncertainty.
- Discretion and awareness of company interests.
- Proven track record to handle shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with handling highly confidential information daily.
- Experience in event organisation and office management or HR administration is a plus.

Scottish Widows Europe (“SWE”), a subsidiary of Scottish Widows L.P., was established in Luxembourg to guarantee continued support for its EU operations following the UK’s exit from the EU. It is authorized to conduct life insurance activities across Europe.
