Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute listing strategies for CEX and DEX platforms, managing the full pipeline from initial outreach to successful listing
• Build and maintain relationships with exchange representatives, business development teams, and listing committees
• Identify and negotiate PR opportunities with leading crypto media outlets including CoinDesk, Decrypt, Cointelegraph, and others
• Craft compelling pitches and press materials tailored to each media partner and exchange audience
• Coordinate with internal teams to align listing timelines with marketing campaigns and product announcements
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media landscape to identify new partnership opportunities
• Track and report on PR coverage metrics, listing pipeline progress, and campaign performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, business development, or partnerships within Web3, crypto, fintech, or a related field
• Proven track record of securing media placements or exchange listings
• Existing relationships with CEX/DEX representatives or crypto media contacts is a strong advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem
